I’m nominating Mr. Tite because he’s my favorite teacher I’ve had at Rosemont and he’s a really good person to talk to and he’ll make your day and can’t forget that he’s sassy too.
Mr. Tite motivates his students and makes learning fun and interesting, gathering the attention of all.
Mr. Tite is the best at his job. I have never understood a topic so well as I have in his class. He teaches with enthusiam, cares for his students, and loves his job. He is the best teacher that anyone could ever ask for!
Mr. Tite goes above and beyond to make sure every student feels welcome in not only his classroom, but on campus too. He makes students feel safe and appreciated on campus, by caring about everyone not just as students and staff, but as people too.
I'm nominating Mr. Tite because he makes time for each student if they ever have a complication with anything. For example, my parents wanted me to ask my teacher to write a note about my grade for his class, and he wrote a full letter explaining to my parents that my grade was a mistake. He quickly fixed my incorrect grade and apologized. He's very kind and makes sure that everyone is getting an education.
Mr Tite is always there if you need help understanding content or if you just need someone to talk to. He also makes his learning environment fun and lighthearted, and he is indeed the benevolent overlord.
Mr Tite, along with his passion in teaching, is a funny, charming, and takes interest in his students from hobbies to personality. He won't let you starve if your hungry even if it means giving you his last fruit snack IN HIS LUNCH.
I am nominating Mr.Tite because he is honestly one of the most helpful people at Rosemont. You could always count on him for anything no matter what’s going on or whether you're stuck on a psychology concept or just having a rough day and need someone to talk to. He treats us like friends and makes an effort to create a connection with every student. He always checks up on every student in his classes and that is that I highly appreciate about him. Mr.Tite establishes a friendly and fun vibe in his classes where we are always learning something new every single time we're with him. He makes a huge positive impact because he’s created a space where we actually feel safe to be ourselves and speak our minds. You never have to worry about being judged in his room.
Super duper understanding, kind, and overall a good person. You can tell he loves his job with the amount of energy he puts into his demonstrations and his students. Scarred me and half the school by shaving off his beard because he lost a bet. I respect the dedication to the cause.
I am nominating Mr.Tite because he is such a good teacher and I always learn a lot in his class, and he never fails to be kind and understanding to every situation. He really knows how to put his students and their feelings above all else and show that he cares for his students.

AMAZING teacher who puts his students first and acknowledges their feeling and their humanity instead of just treating students like a machine who must follow everything perfectly to a T.
Mr Tite deserves a nomination because he's a passionate teacher that makes sure that his students don't slack off. He's helpful, listens and answers any question you have, and is always engaged in the classroom.

From the moment you walk into her room, you feel a genuine sense of safety and belonging. She teaches us how to be comfortable by taking risks and really engages with the lessons. Ms.Chabriel sees us as individuals first and students second. She actually cares about the student sitting in the chair. On days when we’re all burnt out or stressed, she’s the one who notices. She doesn't push us to get the work done, but makes sure we’re okay first. She creates a space where you don't have to be perfect to be respected. She always takes the extra time to make sure we’re okay and helping us see how what we learn in class can actually make the world a better place. Ms.Chabriel doesn't just talk about Rosemont’s values. She lives them every single day, and that’s why I nominated Ms.Chabriel."

About the Wolverine Way Recognition program: The PTSA is collecting nominations from students for Rosemont faculty and staff that they believe embody Rosemont's guiding principle to “create an atmosphere of excellence and integrity in a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where all students can engage in the learning process, apply knowledge, and contribute to the community as responsible citizens." Those recognized by the PTSA received multiple nominations and represent teachers and staff from all departments at Rosemont.
Free Heart Screening
Free Heart Screening
One in 300 young people have a heart condition that puts them at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, which is also the leading cause of death for student athletes. In collaboration with UC Davis Health, free heart screenings for students and young adults (aged 12-25) will be offered on Sunday, March 22nd at Rio Americano High School. These screenings can help identify potential heart conditions and provide families with valuable peace of mind. Registration is open now at www.kylejtaylor.org/screenings.
The Rosemont High PTSA is hosting a skate night for all Rosemont students and their families. The $8 paid at the door covers skate rental.

Rosemont High PTSA is a unit in good standing with the California State PTA.
It was organized on November 13, 2003, and is chartered as a subordinate organization of California Congress of Parents, Teachers, and Students, Inc. (AKA California State PTA or PTA California Congress of Parents Teachers & Students Inc).
Rosemont High PTSA is authorized to use a United States IRS EIN for PTA business.
California State PTA, and Rosemont High PTSA are exempt from federal income tax as charitable and educational organizations under the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The group exemption number assigned to California State PTA is 0646.
